	De Dynax 3xi is een autofocus 35mm spiegelreflexcamera. Hij was ook beschikbaar als de Maxxum 3xi en de α 3xi (Alpha 3xi). Het was Minolta's goedkoopste systeemcamera met een modus voor automatische keuze van brandpuntsafstand. Hij behoorde tot Minolta's derde serie camera's met Minolta AF-mount. Natuurlijk werkte de nieuwe functie alleen met de ZOOM xi-lenzen die een gemotoriseerde zoominstelling hadden.		De Dynax 3xi is een autofocus 35mm spiegelreflexcamera.
